About us:

Innodisk Europe B.V., situated in Eindhoven, as European head office, provides total solutions inside Edge AI computer business. To enhance our financial operations, we are seeking a Financial Controller to join our company.

What is your challenge?

As a Financial Controller, you'll manage and keep an overview over the complete financial administration, VAT, and tax matters concerning the Netherlands, Germany, and France, all our European locations.

What are your responsibilities as Financial Controller at Innodisk?

Besides the day-to-day activities, you will also:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and proposals. Co work with our local accountants to achieve this.
• Ensure swift and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Take the lead in budget preparation and management.
• Establish efficient financial policies to enhance operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial and accounting inquiries, including accounts receivable and payable, while delivering comprehensive financial reports and managing data integrity.
• Consolidate financial tasks among all our European operational locations.

Who are you? / What you will need

As a Financial Controller you have excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you possess the following qualifications:

• Sufficient knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, including legal regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various accounting software tools preferred (ExactOnline, Basecone, SRXP, Datev, Dext).
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field, backed by 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax procedures and purposes is a plus.
• Language required: English, Dutch and German (French is a plus)
• Experience working in an international / multicultural work environment is an advantage!
