Turnover Coordinator - Electrical

PM Group are seeking an experienced Turnover Coordinator to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.

• Coordinate systematic turnover of completed construction systems and areas to commissioning, qualification, and operations teams throughout pharmaceutical facility construction phases
• Develop and maintain comprehensive turnover packages including drawings, equipment manuals, test certificates, and regulatory compliance documentation
• Manage turnover schedules and coordinate with construction, commissioning, and validation teams to ensure handover of pharma manufacturing systems
• Facilitate pre-turnover inspections, punch list management, and deficiency resolution to ensure systems meet industry standards before handover
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify all turnover documentation meets GMP requirements and regulatory compliance standards
• Manage turnover database systems and maintain accurate records of system completion status, outstanding issues, and handover milestones
• Facilitate turnover meetings between construction teams, operations personnel, and validation specialists to ensure knowledge transfer and system readiness
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and third-party inspectors for facility acceptance and compliance verification activities
• Support commissioning activities by ensuring all required documentation and system prerequisites are completed before equipment startup and testing

• Experience in construction turnover, commissioning coordination, or project closeout activities, preferably within pharmac or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of validation requirements including documentation standards and GMP compliance for system turnover
• Experience with turnover management systems, document control processes, and regulatory compliance documentation requirements
• Understanding of local pharmaceutical regulations, GMP standards, and facility qualification processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders during complex system handover processes
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
• Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageous
