BIM Site Coordinator ? SDC (Support during Construction)

The BIM Site Coordinator – SDC will be site-based at Geel and will act as the BIM coordination lead for SDC. The role will support the Construction Management team, trade partners, and project stakeholders by managing BIM coordination activities during the construction phase.

The role includes responsibility for the SDC federated model, ACC administration, coordination meetings, clash management, and the BIM/model interface with XYZ.

• Act as BIM Coordinator for SDC during the construction phase.
• Manage and maintain the SDC federated model.
• Act as ACC Admin for SDC, supporting project setup, access, permissions, workflows, and issue management.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with the Construction Management team and trade partners.
• Manage clash detection, clash review, issue tracking, and resolution follow-up.
• Coordinate the BIM/model interface with XYZ.
• Support site-based model reviews and construction coordination activities.
• Ensure BIM information is structured, current, and usable by the site team.
• Maintain clear records of BIM coordination actions, decisions, and outstanding issues.
• Be based on site at Geel.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a construction-related discipline, such as Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the engineering or construction industry, preferably on medium to large capital projects.
• Exposure to MEP disciplines is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BIM, preferably in a coordination or site-support role.
• Experience in a construction-based role is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of English and Dutch.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated project environments is highly advantageous.
