Vacature
Ter ondersteuning van diverse, boeiende projecten bij een klant in de regio Gent zoekt PM Group een Automation Engineer met zeer goede kennis van TIAportal.
Responsibilities
Takenpakket:
De externe medewerker zal werken in de kantoorgebouwen van de klant voor een vlotte en intensieve samenwerking met de andere medewerkers. Werken op afstand is mogelijk volgens de geldende regels, in onderling overleg en indien de planning dit toelaat.
De externe medewerker zal specifiek werken aan een aantal verbeteringsprojecten op de galvanisatielijnen.
De verbeteringsprojecten situeren zich vooral op vlak van regeltechnische sturingen van de plaataandrijvingen en sequentiële besturingen van de installatie-onderdelen. Ook projecten ivm machineveiligheid komen aan bod. Een goede kennis van regeltechniek en PLC software is dus van belang.
Qualifications
Vereisten:
Industrieel Ingenieur of Bachelor in Automatisatie, Elektrotechniek of Elektromechanica
Minimum 2 jaar ervaring in PLC programmatie
Goede kennis van Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal
Kennis van GE HPCi is een pluspunt
Goede kennis Cimplicity
Pluspunten
Ervaring regeltechniek
Ervaring met sequentiële sturingen
Ervaring met onderzoek van storingen, regeltechnische analyse
Ervaring met proceslijn
- Nederlandstaligheid is een must
