Xolbor is one of Europe's leading branded Roblox studios and an official Roblox partner. We design, build and publish immersive experiences for some of the world's most recognised brands - including LEGO, Warner Music, Claire's and NPO Zapp. With over 4 billion visits across our games, we sit at the centre of where brand attention is heading: the worlds Gen Z and Gen Alpha already live in.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Utrecht for a Business Development Manager at Xolbor. You will lead commercial growth across Europe, identifying new brand partners, building lasting relationships, and taking deals from first pitch to signed contract. You'll work closely with our studio and strategy team to shape proposals that fit what clients actually need, and you'll have real ownership over how we approach the market as we scale.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A strong, active network within brands, agencies or media, built through years in marketing, media,

entertainment or gaming

- 4+ years in business development or a senior commercial role

- Fluent in English and Dutch (required); additional European languages are a strong plus

- A track record of closing high-value partnerships, not just generating leads

- Strategic and consultative by nature, you advise as much as you sell

- Confident and credible in front of senior brand stakeholders

- Genuine curiosity about gaming, youth culture and where brand investment is heading

- Experience with Roblox or the broader gaming landscape is a meaningful advantage
