CSA Package Manager

PM Group are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join our pharmaceutical construction project team in Boxmeer, Netherlands.

• Manage and coordinate CSA packages throughout the entire project lifecycle from design development through construction completion
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, and external consultants to ensure seamless package delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for all CSA disciplines
• Oversee design reviews, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with Dutch building codes, GMP requirements, and pharmaceutical industry standards
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and manage permit applications for construction activities
• Monitor progress against key milestones and implement corrective actions when required
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide comprehensive project reporting to senior management
• Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance to ensure quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints

• Minimum 10 years' experience in large-scale construction project management, preferably within pharmaceutical or regulated industries
• Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex technical packages exceeding €50M value
• Knowledge of Dutch construction regulations (preferred), building codes, and pharmaceutical facility requirements
• Fluency in English, and Dutch language skills advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline preferred
