In this role, you will connect skilled talent with the company's needs, overseeing the entire hiring cycle: from defining role requirements to final selection. The position involves close collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners, with a focus on engaging prospective candidates and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment and selection process
• Draft and publish job advertisements
• Actively identify and approach potential candidates through platforms such as Linked In and job boards
• Conduct intake meetings and interviews
• Advise hiring managers on market trends and ideal candidate profiles
• Coordinate selection stages and support offer discussions
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment process enhancements
• Manage digital onboarding activities for new hires
• Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Business Partner
• Building and enhancing employer brand presence.

Profile

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience
• Fluent in English. Dutch language skills are advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities aligned with budget requirements.
• Experience building and enhancing employer brand presence.
• Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-focused hiring platforms.
• Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment automation tools.
• Background in fast‑growing or scaling environments.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, accurate, and results-driven.
