As a warehouse supervisor at DSV in Venlo, you are responsible for ensuring seamless logistic processes. You’ll work with innovative systems, advanced automation, and a completely new team, collaborating to optimise logistics processes. In this key position, you are the one who brings structure, provides direction, and ensures everything runs smoothly from day one in a high-tech warehouse environment: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse supervisor, you are the driving force behind setting up and managing a fully automated process for a new fashion customer. You’ll be operating in an advanced warehouse where technology and efficiency meet human leadership. Every day brings different challenges: one day you're monitoring the receipt and storage of goods, the next you're working with colleagues to optimise workflows and planning.

You’ll lead a team of 50 to 90 employees on a daily basis and ensure the seamless coordination of receiving, checking, processing, and storing goods. In doing so, you’ll work closely with team leaders, internal departments, and the customer to keep the process running smoothly. Your visibility on the floor and hands-on approach make the difference.

You bring

• experience in transport and logistics, combined with leadership experience – preferably in an automated warehouse;
• good command of the English language;
• experience with warehouse management systems, or the drive to quickly learn how to use such systems;
• willingness to work in shifts, with varying working hours.
