Senior Manager, Customer Solutions Engineering, gTech Ads

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• 10 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience in technical leadership, including leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  
• Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  
• Experience in an investigative role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.
  
• Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
  
• Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows).

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
  
• Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and are compliant with data and legal policies.
  
• Understand the nuances of clients within the industry and develop subject matter expertise in trending spaces.
  
• Work with Google advertising clients, understand their issues and provide consultancy and solutions like cloud projects design, software packages, big-data analysis and AI/ML applications to achieve their business goals.
• Manage the team efficiently with resources to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
