Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer

Introduction to the job

As a Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer, you will help shape the way thousands of ASML employees work together. Your expertise will ensure that our collaboration platforms are secure, scalable, and user-friendly. By enabling seamless communication and knowledge sharing, you contribute directly to ASML’s mission of pushing technology to new limits.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you design, implement, and maintain collaboration solutions that support global teams. You work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver collaboration solutions on Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
• Develop and maintain custom applications for SharePoint and Teams.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of collaboration services.

Education and experience

You bring:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in collaboration platform engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Experience with SPFx, React, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, PowerShell, and Azure services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Other information

You will report to the Collaboration Business Solutions (CBS) team lead and work closely with global stakeholders. This role is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, with occasional travel. ASML offers extensive opportunities for professional growth, training, and international career development.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 88.577,38 euros and 99.649,56 euros. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant Education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members.
