Sales Manager Masterbatches Europe (m/v/x)

The position

We, from Budeheim QolorTech in Vaassen, are looking for a technical Sales Manager to existing and new customers in the European market. You will also be responsible for new projects in the area of specialty Masterbatches. You do this by immersing yourself in our products and the questions of the customer. In this role you spar with your sales team, I&AD and Marketing colleagues about the future, strategic themes and innovations as part of the Cluster Polymers, which comprises both additive and masterbatch business. Of course, you will also work closely with colleagues from production, planning, purchasing and logistics.

The job is in Vaassen with Netherlands and Germany as preferred location for candidates, and you report to the Head of Sales EMEA.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in plastics engineering, polymer technology or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in technical sales of polymer & specialty additives in Plastics Industry
• Demonstrated position of responsibility in solving commercial and technical problems at customers’ end
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, command of the German language is an advantage
• Experience in technical project management or commercial economics is a plus
• Added advantage if knowledge in the 4-R approach for proper plastic use, and specific experience in the circularity of industrial thermoplastic for high quality recycling
