Sales Manager - Building Automation & Measurement & Control

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the front, developing people, driving performance, and strengthening market presence across the Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a sales team across the Benelux
• Defining and executing a regional sales strategy
• Growing existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with end users, installers, consultants and partners
• Supporting complex tenders and high-value sales trajectories
• Monitoring pipeline performance, forecasting and reporting
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project teams, operations)
• Ensuring CRM discipline and structured sales processes

Desired Experience

• HBO level working and thinking (or higher)
• A strong commercial track record in a technical environment
• Experience in sales leadership / team management
• Knowledge of building automation, HVAC, energy management or related technical systems (highly preferred)
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A confident, motivating leadership style
