Project Manager

We now wish to recruit a Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be working as part of the client's project management team and will have overall responsibility for the execution of projects, managing key site investment projects from concept through to handover.

• Ensuring compliance with public procurement legislation, including the Public Procurement Act, the Royal Decree on Execution, and the project specifications.
• Strict monitoring of project execution with a strong focus on planning, budget, and quality.
• Actively participating in site meetings and project coordination meetings.
• Preparing and maintaining site meeting reports and minutes.
• Reviewing and validating progress payment statements submitted for approval to the contracting authority's representative.
• Anticipating and managing potential project risks (planning, budget, change requests, etc.) in close collaboration with the contracting authority's representative.
• Acting as the central point of contact for all involved parties, including internal stakeholders such as the project team and various departments, as well as external parties within the design team (architects, engineering consultants, contractors, etc.) and external stakeholders (permitting authorities, advisory bodies, etc.).
• Reporting project progress, issues, and risks to management on a regular basis.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong quality mindset, with a focus on delivering results while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain oversight of complex programs and interdependencies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and implement practical solutions.
• Proven experience with public procurement procedures and the execution of contracts under applicable public procurement legislation and Royal Decree regulations.
