Voor een langdurige overheidsopdracht zoekt PM Group een ervaren Project Manager voor bouwkundige projecten voor schoolgebouwen in Brussel!

Via onze afdeling OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) zetten we onze consultants op basis van project staffing in op locatie bij de klant ter ondersteuning van hun projecten.
Responsibilities
Takenpakket:
- leiden van een 6-tal bouwprojecten van innovatieve onderwijsgebouwen, via Design Build of via de klassieke procedure
- instaan voor het verdedigen van de belangen van de klant als bouwheer teneinde de realisatie van de afgesproken projectdoelstellingen te garanderen overeenkomstig de vooropgestelde kwaliteit, scope, budget en timing binnen de infrastructuurvisie de klant
- opvolging en rapportering
- administratieve opvolging volgens de methodiek, tools en standaarddocumenten van het GO!
- uitwerken van het bouwprogramma samen met de stuurgroep (adhv oa organogrammen en ruimtefiches), rekening houdend met het bouwbeleid van het GO! (innovatief onderwijs, optimalisatie ruimtegebruik, duurzaamheid,…)
- organiseren van workshops met de scholengroep en de school waarin hij een faciliterende rol opneemt
- aanstellen externe partners (studieteam, aannemer of design built team)
- opmaak van de nodige (prestatie)bestekken en selectieverslagen en opvolgen procedure volgens de wetgeving op overheidsopdrachten
Qualifications
Vereisten:
- Master bouwkunde (of architectuur met managementopleiding)
- Kennis wetgeving overheidsopdrachten
- Ervaring in projectmanagement
- Ervaring in scholenbouw is een voordeel
- Ervaring met opmaak van complexe bouwprogramma’s (bij voorkeur school of aanverwante functie) is belangrijk
- Affiniteit met onderwijs en maatschappelijke interesse zijn een pluspunt
- Nota’s kunnen uitschrijven in functie van rapportering, budgetvraag, opmaak selectie- en gunningsverslagen,…
- Je bent Nederlandstalig
