Vacature
Voor een boeiende, langdurige opdracht on site bij een klant in de regio Leuven zoekt PM Group een medior PROJECT INGENIEUR BOUW (freelance of bediende).
Wie zijn wij?
PM Group is een internationaal projectleveringsbedrijf dat actief is in Europa, de VS en Azië. Wij leveren projectmanagement, procesontwerp, facilitair ontwerp, constructiemanagement en inbedrijfstelling- en kwalificatiediensten voor onze toonaangevende multinationale klanten.
Via onze afdeling OTS, Outsourced Technical Services, zetten we onze consultants op basis van project staffing in op locatie bij de klant ter ondersteuning van hun projecten.
Responsibilities
- Leiden en coördineren van technische projecten in verband met de bouwkundige werken van de clean rooms en kantoren. Dit in samenspraak met het klantteam en studieburelen. Je controleert plannen, bestekken en meetstaten, opgesteld door externe studieburelen.
- Het verzekeren van een duurzaam ontwerp in lijn met vereisten van de klant.
- Waken over de beeldkwaliteit van de gevelwerking, in lijn met de vereisten van de klant en de verwachtingen van de vergunningsverlenende overheid.
- Het controleren van de uitvoeringsdocumenten en het bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning en documentenplanning.
- Zorgen voor een kwaliteitsvolle oplevering van de installaties en een correcte documentatie van de projecten.
Qualifications
- Master in de industriële wetenschappen discipline Bouw of gelijkwaardig
- Minstens 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring
- Bereid om naar het buitenland te gaan (niet op regelmatige basis)
- Talenkennis: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Spaans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar en bezit een geldige werkvergunning voor België
