The team

The Product Lead Investment Services reports hierarchically to the Global Proposition Owner Execution Only and is based in Amsterdam. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of INGs global investment strategy. Youll be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking environment helping shape the future of investment services and enabling leadership to deliver on strategic ambitions.

Roles and responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in digitization ordering and investment procedures with a proven track record in delivering new customer features transformations or commercial achievements across multi-country programs.

• Drive the rollout of the OneInvestments Platform by addressing complex strategic challenges balancing global product standards with local market dynamics and customer needs.

• Design scalable modular digital products that minimize country-specific customization.

• Lead a cross-functional team of tech and business professionals driving strategy for digital customer and employee journeys across all investment propositions.

• Merge existing investment propositions into unified global journeys across Europe and continuously improve digital experiences while maintaining continuity for existing users.

• Integrate front-end innovations with existing backend systems across varied IT landscapes.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (NPS CSAT) and product performance contributing directly to the success of investment propositions.

• Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments and apply them in a customer centric way while fostering a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced evolving environment.

• Collaborate across global and local teams to align strategy execution and priorities.

How to succeed

About you:

• Hold a Masters degree or equivalent professional experience

• Proven track record in investments or broader financial services

• Excellent command of English (and Dutch is a strong plus)

• Demonstrated experience in product and management roles

• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities

• Skilled in stakeholder management and resource planning

• Experience with digitalization and backlog management

• Ability to simplify and clearly explain complex issues
