We are looking for an impact-driven leader to build the "growth engine" of our Benelux operations. As they scale, your ability to balance a massive marketing budget with local cultural nuances will be the linchpin of our expansion in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The Opportunity:

You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy that fuels our most critical region. You aren't just managing campaigns; you are architecting the logic that establishes them as a household name in the heart of e-bike culture.

The Role

• Regional Ownership: Lead strategy and planning for Benelux to maximize market share and ROI.
• Market Expansion: Build the Dutch growth playbook, turning the Netherlands into our primary revenue driver.
• Performance Analysis: Deep-dive into data to optimize the funnel for both customer demand and bike sourcing (supply).
• Team Leadership: Bridge the Amsterdam and Belgium hubs, aligning local talent with central growth teams.
• Marketplace Balance: Model how marketing spend impacts inventory health to keep the marketplace in equilibrium.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 7–10+ years in B2C E-commerce or Marketplace scale-ups.
• Data-Driven: A "360°" marketer who is equally comfortable with ROAS spreadsheets and brand creative.
• Analytical: Investigative mindset—you find the "why" behind the numbers and implement strategic fixes.
• Agile: You prefer building new strategies from scratch over following a corporate manual.
• Linguistic: Native/Fluent Dutch and professional English are required
