GTM Engineer, Marketing | B2B

🧢 What you will do

As a GTM Engineer focused on marketing, you will own the systems, automations and execution that power our go-to-market engine. You'll report directly to our founders and sit at the intersection of marketing and technical implementation – building the infrastructure that enables a small team punch far above its weight.

build a system, and free yourself up for the work that builds on your brainpower and creativity. We also deeply believe that action creates information. You'll ship fast, learn from what happens, and iterate.

You will cover:

• Marketing execution: Consistently plan, build and ship campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, and content workflows. Own the full cycle from idea to go-live with a high bar for quality

• Marketing automation, systems & infrastructure: Design and maintain the automations that connect our marketing stack end-to-end. Build workflows in n8n, connect APIs, set up webhooks, and eliminate manual work wherever it doesn't add value. Own and evolve our core tooling and keep data clean, integrations healthy, and reporting reliable

• Technical GTM engineering: Use tools like Claude Code to build internal tools, scripts, and prototypes that accelerate our marketing efforts. You're comfortable building prototypes and technical solutions across the stack

• Experimentation: Run experiments across channels, messaging, and tactics. Move quickly, measure what matters, and double down on what works. Taste and judgment matter here; not everything that can be measured should be, and not everything worth doing shows up in a dashboard immediately

• You are fluent in English
• You take a hands-on approach and get excited by rapid experimentation
• You have strong technical affinity – you're comfortable working with simple APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms, and you're building confidence with tools like Claude Code and n8n
• You think in systems: when you see repetitive work, you see an opportunity to automate
• You have taste. You hold a high bar for quality and consistency in everything you ship – from an email subject line to a landing page to an internal workflow
• You're analytical and comfortable with assumptions and incomplete information
• You understand modern B2B SaaS marketing and what great looks like
• You are based in or around Amsterdam and eager to build alongside a growing team
