A fast-growing, industry-leading supply chain solutions provider is seeking a high-impact Key Account Manager to join its expanding commercial team in Eindhoven. The Opportunity
This role goes far beyond traditional account management. As a Key Account Manager, you will operate as a strategic commercial partner, helping key clients enhance performance, unlock efficiencies, and drive sustainable growth through intelligent and customised supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and drive high-value strategic Key Account Plans that accelerate client success
- Build and strengthen trusted partnerships with decision-makers at global, regional, and site levels
- Identify, develop, and convert growth opportunities through consultative upselling and cross-selling
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions
- Own, manage, and negotiate key commercial frameworks (MSAs, SLAs, SOWs)
- Champion margin expansion, profitability, and long-term account value
- Monitor performance metrics and lead impactful Business Review Meetings
- Proactively manage commercial risk, compliance, and contract performance
Candidate Profile
- University degree (required)
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or B2B solutions environments is highly advantageous
- Strong commercial mindset with a highly customer-centric approach
- Confidence navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages advantageous)
