In this role you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment.

• Assist customers via phone email and chat in German

• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy

• Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions

• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• German: C2

• English: B2

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

• 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week

• Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):

  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)

  • Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (rent 280/month all bills included and directly deducted from salary)
