About the company
Our client operates in the healthcare sector and supplies medical devices to care institutions and healthcare purchasing offices across the Netherlands. The organization has grown rapidly in recent years and now operates from multiple branches within a private equity structure. Within Finance & Business Control, the focus is on financial steering, performance analysis and supporting commercial decision-making. For this team, we are looking for a Business Controller who strengthens financial insight and decision support.
The role
As a Business Controller, you act as the financial sparring partner for sales, operations and management. You analyze turnover, margins and deviations, manage forecasts, and assess the financial feasibility of commercial proposals. You play an active role in budgeting, tariff reviews and improving control, data and reporting processes. You work closely with business unit and branch managers and report directly to the Manager Finance & Business Control.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Economics or Accountancy
- At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Controller, Junior Controller or Financial Controller
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to switch between detail and strategy
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems, preferably D365/Business Central
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Independent, proactive and accurate working style
Offer
- Gross annual salary up to €66,000 , depending on experience
- 24 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on a 40-hour workweek
- Attractive pension scheme
- Annual availability bonus of €200 net
