Do you solve complex technical disturbances on advanced lithography systems at ASML? As a Technical Support Engineer MP in Veldhoven, you ensure delivery performance for cutting-edge TWINSCAN modules in a high-tech manufacturing environment. At ASML Manufacturing, teams produce and deliver state-of-the-art lithographic systems. In this role, you provide second-line support to Execution teams and Quick Response Teams (QRT). You resolve complex escalations together with third-line specialists, implement ad-hoc containments, and drive structural improvements. You work in a superflex schedule with one working weekend every four weeks, compensated with two days off and a schedule allowance.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve second-line technical disturbances on TWINSCAN modules
• Set up ad-hoc containments to minimize impact on subsequent production shifts
• Partner with third-line support teams to execute root-cause analyses and permanent solutions
• Transfer technical knowledge to factory teams to increase first-line troubleshooting capability
• Drive continuous process and quality improvements within the escalation management workflow

You are successful if:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or Applied Physics
• You have up to two years of hands-on experience in a technical production environment
• You have experience applying structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis methods
• You are available to work a superflex schedule, including one weekend every four weeks, and travel for field escalations
