Your responsibilities:

• You visit dental laboratories within your assigned territory and build strong, long-term relationships with lab owners, dental technicians, and production managers.
• You take ownership of the commercial performance of your region and act as the primary business development driver within the labside segment.
• You support laboratories in the implementation, optimization, and application of Ivoclar materials and workflows — both analog and digital.
• You combine technical depth with strong commercial impact and translate technical solutions into clear added value for the laboratory.
• You conduct technical product demonstrations and hands-on trainings, both on-site and during Academy events.
• You collaborate closely with dealers and their technical teams, ensuring alignment on targets, campaigns in achieving joint growth targets.
• You manage, achieve and transparently report clearly defined KPIs, monitor the performance and take timely action where required.
• You proactively identify commercial opportunities, translate them into structured business development plans, and execute them with measurable outcomes and consistent follow-up.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years within the dental laboratory industry in the Benelux region
• Background as dental technician and proven knowledge of analog and digital dental technologies
• Understanding of laboratory production processes and ability to approach technical challenges from a practical and commercial perspective
• High level of ownership, accountability and entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
• Ability working independently, structured and results-oriented with commercial responsibility and transparent CRM-tracking
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, French is a strong advantage for candidates covering Belgium
