Supply Chain Pool Coordinator RTM

Introduction

ASML’s Supply Chain is continuously aiming to better serve ASML’s customers, for example by providing on-time delivery of complex modules from our suppliers towards ASML’s factory. Our goal is to establish a set-up that allows the engineers to perform the build-up with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime. All these processes ultimately enable ASML’s customers to continue improving the performance of the laptops, tablets and smartphones that we use.

As Supply chain pool coordinator, you ensure successful delivery of all transport tooling to our suppliers for delivering modules to ASML on short and long term. You contribute to the supply chain team to ensure that suppliers can deliver the (thousands of) high-tech parts to ASML factory in a sustainable way by re-using transport tooling. You meet the delivery requirements that have been agreed with the suppliers and ASML’s factory team and define, work out and implement improvements you encounter within your operational job to structurally improve existing processes.
 

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for securing the operational supply of re-usable transport tooling towards suppliers by maintaining a rotating pool of transport tooling between several locations and suppliers, and troubleshoot any problems that may occur within the rotation. You will be the first point of contact for internal material planners and will closely work together with our 3PL as service provider.

Education and experience

• Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with coordinating/operational planning within a supply chain environment is a must.

• Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English, Dutch verbal/written communication skills are a plus.

• Skilled in working with Excel is a must.

• Experience with an ERP system is a big plus.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
