ASML is a Dutch high-tech company and one of the most important suppliers of machinery for the semiconductor industry, specifically steppers and scanners, which are used in manufacturing chips. Its customers are mostly chip manufacturers. ASML's headquarters and business complex are located in Veldhoven, where both research and development and cleanroom assembly take place. The company also has sixty service points across fourteen countries to support the installation and delivery of machines and spare parts.

ASML originated from a joint venture between ASM International and Royal Philips. ASML operates globally, but the majority of its customers are based in Asia. In 2011, 66% of its revenue was generated in that region, 25% in the United States, and just under 9% in Europe. Its largest customer was responsible for a quarter of the total revenue. ASML's most important supplier is Zeiss, a manufacturer of lenses and optical components. Zeiss's share in ASML's total purchasing costs is slightly under 30%. Due to their significant mutual interests, both companies have entered into a strategic alliance, which can only be terminated if one of the parties gives three years' prior notice. ASML spends a large amount of money on research and development.

The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor is to support our ASML business goals by focusing on building relationships with managers to acquire the best and brightest talent into the organization. You take direct ownership for an advisory Talent Acquisition role towards business groups within the ASML organization.

Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive delivery of the co-created Talent Acquisition planning in close exchange with specific business areas and human resources.
• Collaborate with the wider ASML Talent Acquisition team, by connecting the expertise of colleagues and supporting teams to the business hiring effort on short-, mid-, and long term.
• Challenge the business expectations where needed, and support relevant attraction strategies with information to influence decision making.
• Provide exemplary candidate care throughout the candidate journey.
• Implement best practices and support colleagues in following your example.
• Initiation and leading process improvements within the Talent Acquisition domain.

• At least 8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic setting, work experience in a matrix organization preferred.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s level preferred.
• Demonstrated track-record in end to end management of hiring processes, preferably obtained in a variety of industries.
• Reporting and analytics expertise: previous exposure to data-based strategical decision making.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management at multiple levels of the company.
• Fluency in English.

• A salary of a maximum of €5545 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on knowledge and experience.
• A fixed-term contract of 6 months.
