Jouw werkzaamheden als Senior HR Recruiter ATS Expert:
- Coördineren en optimaliseren van wervingsprocessen
- Bijhouden van recruitmentdashboards en rapportages
- Opschonen en verbeteren van ATS-systemen
- Ondersteunen en adviseren van stakeholders
- Actief werven van kandidaten als Senior HR Recruiter
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
- Brutosalaris van €3.500 - €3.800 per maand
- Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling

Het ideale profiel voor deze functie:
- Hbo-diploma in HR of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal vijf jaar recruitmentervaring
- Ervaring met coördineren van werving
- Bekend met ATS en recruitmenttools
- Analytisch in rapportages en dashboards
