What You’ll Do and Qualifications:

• System Architecture & Design:  You won't just follow a blueprint; you will draw it. You will lead the design of our system architecture, making high-level design choices and selecting technical standards.
• Platform Performance, Accuracy, and Scalability: Work with large, diverse datasets from real-world organizations to optimize the platform's overall performance, ensuring precise, scalable, and actionable data-driven insights.
• Backend Development with Django: Build and maintain the platform’s back-end using Django, ensuring seamless data handling for optimal performance. Help shape the architecture of our algorithm models.
• L LM and NLP Algorithm Development: Work with our team to design, refine, and scale our LLM and NLP algorithms, that transform how organizations understand and solve their internal challenges.
• Customer Feedback & Product Development:  Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback. Test your solutions in real environments, and use insights to guide product development and team.
• Team Leadership:  As we grow, you will take the lead. You will guide and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Nice to have - Frontend Engineering with React : Collaborate on our React.js front-end to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for end-users.
