As a Senior Architect for our client, you translate strategic vision into architectural scenarios that guide change across the organisation. You help integrate IT solutions with broader enterprise systems and ensure alignment with overall strategy. You work in a dynamic environment alongside architects, product owners, analysts, and agile teams, contributing to a modern and coherent architecture landscape.
Your Job
You shape and govern architecture across the domain, supporting both strategic direction and implementation. You balance stakeholder needs, model complex environments, and help guide agile teams in delivering architecture-aligned solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing transition architectures that connect business processes, data, organisation and technology.
- Inspiring creative, innovative solutions that support continuous change.
- Presenting architectural viewpoints and complex information in a clear, accessible way.
- Guiding teams through the architecture and change process, resolving dependencies and challenges.
Your Profile
You are a visionary yet pragmatic architect who communicates clearly, inspires alignment and thrives in complex environments. You see the big picture and enjoy connecting people, ideas and systems.
You bring:
- 5+ years of architecture experience in an international or large-scale organisation.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with a focus on real-world impact.
- A continuous learning mindset and commitment to delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach.
