Hiring: Operations-Focused Scrum Master (Supply Chain & Demand Planning)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

We are looking for an Operations-oriented Scrum Master to join our team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone who understands that Agile is not just about ceremonies, but about delivering real business value.

What You Will Do:

Act as a Scrum Master for cross-functional teams focused on supply chain and demand planning initiatives

Drive Agile best practices while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and operational impact

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Supply Chain stakeholders, and IT teams

Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-value solutions

Facilitate sprint ceremonies and promote continuous improvement

Align delivery with demand planning cycles and supply chain operational priorities

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational challenges and translate them into delivery priorities

Hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning operations

Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM is a plus

Location Details:

Hybrid role with 2 days per week onsite in Amsterdam
