Program Manager - Semiconductor Technology

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead the successful execution of complex projects within our Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) portfolios. In this pivotal role, you will be the central force that translates breakthrough concepts into tangible, high-value solutions for our customers. You will orchestrate the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams, manage projects from inception to delivery, and play a key part in shaping our technology roadmap. As a Program Manager, you will take full ownership of critical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of product development in a cutting-edge industry.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: You will direct the end-to-end planning and execution of key projects, including System Integrations, Modules, and New Service Requests (NSRs) for our semiconductor portfolios.

• Process and Quality Assurance: Implement meticulous review processes to guarantee quality at every stage. You will set clear expectations for project teams and define the key results that drive success.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between diverse, multi-functional teams. You will manage requirements and collaborate closely with marketing, manufacturing, service, and finance to ensure our breakthrough product specifications are successfully delivered.

• Roadmap and Strategy: Apply your intimate knowledge of our products, technologies, and customer use-cases to propose novel solutions that create significant customer value. Based on this deep understanding, you will contribute directly to building a strategic product roadmap that identifies clear value streams for the future.

• Financial Oversight: Contribute actively to the R&D budgeting process by providing detailed financial and budgetary analysis for your projects. You will manage the program scope while adhering strictly to the agreed budget and timeline.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines technical knowledge with strong project management skills and a strategic mindset. You are a natural leader who can inspire teams and manage complex stakeholder environments effectively.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within the semiconductor or a related high-tech industry.

• The ability to manage scope, budget, timeline, and quality with precision.

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including R&D, marketing, and manufacturing.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide financial input for budgeting processes.

• A deep understanding of product lifecycles, technologies, and customer applications, and the ability to translate this knowledge into strategic insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to drive alignment and ensure clear accountability across all functions.

This role comes with a monthly gross salary ranging from €5,500 to €6,500, depending on your experience and expertise.
