Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Project Lead Industrialization.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

• Management van product industrialisatie na overdracht van productontwikkeling.

• Beheer en afhandeling van operationele problemen die voortkomen uit (pre-)serieproductie en prestaties in het veld.

• Implementatie van kostenbesparende maatregelen.

• Ontwikkelen van projectplannen om het cross-functionele team te leiden in lijn met de project scope.

• Aanpassen van de huidige POP aan het huidige industrialisatieproject / definiëren van de projectstructuur, indien van toepassing.

• Actief projectmanagement.

• Voer dagelijks projectmanagement uit gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van het programma.

• Projectbudget, risico's en problemen beheren en corrigerende maatregelen nemen.

• Coördineren van projecten en hun onderlinge afhankelijkheden.

• Gebruiken en beheren van resources binnen projecten.

• Managen van productwijzigingen in het project samen met de Product Change Manager.

• Managen van projectonderwerpen met de centrale functies (installatieteams, service & inkoop).

• Informeren en presenteren van (tussen)resultaten voor het (top)management.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Lead Industrialization.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Management of product industrialization after transfer of product development.

• Management and handling of operational issues arising from (pre-)series production and field performance.

• Implementation of cost-saving measures.

• Develop project plans to lead the cross-functional team in line with the project scope.

• Adapt the currently issued POP to the current industrialization project / define the project structure, if applicable.

• Active project management.

• Perform daily project management throughout the program life cycle.

• Manage project budget, risks and issues and take corrective action.

• Coordinate projects and their interdependencies.

• Use and manage resources across projects.

• Manage product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager.

• Manage project topics with the central functions (installation teams, service & procurement).

• Information and presentation of (intermediate) results for (top) management.
