Product Owner – ERP (SaaS)
Salary
€6,000 – €8,000 gross per month + benefits

We are a well-established Dutch ERP software provider, part of a larger international group founded by a serial entrepreneur in the ERP space. The organization builds cloud-based ERP solutions for mid-sized companies and operates internationally, with offices in the Netherlands and Canada.

The Role
As a Product Owner ERP, you will be responsible for the functional and strategic development of a modern SaaS ERP platform. You will work closely with engineering, stakeholders, and customers to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
This role requires deep ERP domain knowledge and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for ERP modules (e.g. sales, purchasing, inventory, finance, WMS, BI)
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate daily with development teams, UX, and stakeholders
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision
- Ensure high product quality and customer value
- Support product roadmap creation and continuous improvement
- Act as the functional ERP expert within the product team
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an ERP environment
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning processes
- Experience with SaaS products
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in an international, distributed setup
