Oracle ERP Finance-PPM Product Owner

For a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation, we are looking for a senior business-driven Product Owner with deep Finance expertise and strong consulting capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, business transformation and Oracle ERP. The focus is not technical configuration, but business consulting, finance process design, stakeholder alignment, and value realization within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

What you will drive:

Standardization and optimization of Finance & PPM processes

End-to-end process design (Project Foundation, Billing, Costing)

Translation of finance requirements into scalable ERP solutions

Fit-gap workshops and executive stakeholder validation

Alignment between Finance, Projects, IT and other domains

SOX compliance and governance setup

UAT leadership, adoption strategy and post-go-live improvement

What we are looking for:

15+ years ERP experience with multiple full-cycle implementations

Strong finance background (controlling / accounting / FP&A experience is a plus)

Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Finance & PPM modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Project Billing & Costing)

3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud

Proven track record in a lead / Product Owner / senior business consultant role

Strong stakeholder management at senior level

Experience in Service & Installation sector preferred

Dutch & English required

Role: Hybrid role. On average 2 to 4 days on-site
