Operations Supervisor

Role Description:

This role will oversee and continuously improve daily operations across our European business. Reporting directly to Operations Manager, you will take ownership of logistics processes, 3PL relationships, and quality management. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic process building with hands-on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and optimize operational workflows, including import/export activities for devices across Europe

• Manage and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time availability of devices for sales and distribution

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Oversee device grading and quality control standards to safeguard exceptional product quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Tech, and Customer Success) to enable sustainable growth

• Support ad-hoc projects and operational requests with flexibility, speed, and ownership

• Minimum 1-4 years of operational experience in supply chain, logistics, or device management

• Strong expertise in supply chain operations and 3PL management

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential for data analysis and reporting)

• Experience with grading / quality assurance of electronic devices is a strong plus

• Fluent in English; additional European language skills (e.g., Dutch, German, French) would be an advantage.

• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment

Education:

Preferably Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
