As a Motion Assembler in Oirschot/Eindhoven Flight Forum, you help build the advanced motion components that enable ASML lithography systems to move with extreme precision. Your hands‑on work supports the performance, quality, and reliability of modules used in semiconductor manufacturing. By securing stable and accurate motion, you contribute directly to ASML’s mission to push the boundaries of chipmaking technology.
Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this Motion Assembler role, you work in a focused production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork define your success. You assemble, inspect, and test motion‑related modules that play a vital part in our systems. You collaborate closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and material flow to ensure smooth output.

You will report to a team leader within Manufacturing and work from our location in Oirschot/ Eindhoven Flight Forum. The role may require both standing and sitting for extended periods and the use of fine motor skills when handling small components. ASML offers extensive development opportunities through training, coaching, and cross‑department collaboration. Working hours for this role are typically 07:30–16:00, and the position requires a minimum availability of 32 hours per week.
