Do you want to optimize complex production processes for ASML Motion's high-tech machines? In this role, you streamline manufacturing flows to ensure vital technological developments continue to progress rapidly on a global scale.

As a Production Engineer for Serial Path, you join a dedicated team responsible for final assembly, potting, and qualification of linear actuators. You ensure that our products meet the highest quality and reliability standards before delivery to customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Formulating work preparations, operating instructions, process flow charts, and process parameters.

• Providing second-line support to the production organization to resolve operational disturbances.

• Performing failure analysis on quality complaints, nonconforming products, and processes.

• Supplying technical expertise to secure and improve the production lines and support New Product Introduction (NPI). • Analyzing manufacturing processes continuously to identify structural bottlenecks and initiate continuous improvements.

You will be a match when:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Applied Physics, or Industrial Engineering.

• You possess at least 3 years of engineering experience within a high-tech production environment.

• You have demonstrable experience working with quality methodologies such as SPC and FMEA. • You are fully proficient in both verbal and written English.

As an interim professional, you benefit from the clear guidelines established by the Association of Secondment Agencies in the Netherlands (VvDN). We offer you:

• A gross monthly salary between €4,200 and €4,500, matching background and expertise.
