Industrial Designer

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a talented and driven Industrial Product Designer to join a globally recognized consumer electronics brand, working on innovative products that blend technology, design, and user experience.

This is initially a six-month contract based in Amsterdam, at the heart of an international, fast-paced creative team.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Product Designer:

• Collaborate with a global Design team to create trend-setting products in audio and lifestyle technology
• Lead concept development from ideation to prototype, translating trends in fashion, interior, and cultural design into iconic product experiences
• Produce 2D/3D concept designs, photorealistic renderings, and detailed product specifications
• Explore new materials, colors, and finishes (CMF) and help define the aesthetic language of the brand
• Present design solutions and participate in user research to ensure meaningful product experiences

Candidate profile:

• 3+ years of Industrial Design experience - consumer electronics experience preferred
• Degree in Industrial/Product Design or equivalent
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and execution
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros, and KeyShot
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development
• Excellent CMF sense and product aesthetics
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Hands-on, trend-savvy, and collaborative mindset
