Human Resources Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to play a pivotal role in building our talented

workforce. This position is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial briefing to

successful onboarding, and ensures our compensation remains competitive. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor who can also drive key HR initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, employee engagement, and our corporate social responsibility (CSR) footprint.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Partner with line managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication at all stages.
• Lead and document structured 30, 60, and 90-day check-in conversations with new hires and their managers to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and early performance support.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

2. Compensation & Market Intelligence

• Conduct market salary benchmarking for new and existing positions using reputable surveys and tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and equitable.
• Support the annual salary review process with relevant market data.

3. HR Projects & Operational Excellence

• Identify, lead, and participate in projects aimed at enhancing HR operational efficiency (e.g., improving the applicant tracking system, onboarding workflow, or HRIS utilization).
• Support the development and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives related to employer branding, community outreach, and sustainable HR practices.
• Assist in other HR functional areas as needed, which may include performance management, learning & development coordination, and employee engagement surveys.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Proven track record of managing HR or cross-functional projects from conception to implementation.
• Expertise in Recruitment: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methodologies, and employer branding.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in using data (benchmarking, metrics) to inform decisions and persuade stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and candidates.
• Proactive & Agile: A self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
