At four cheese production sites in the northern Netherlands, you will complete the investigation into the implementation of new packaging technology:

• In Balkbrug you will complete the investigation for new casepacker for rindless cheese;
• In Leerdam, you will finalize the preparations for the installation of three new packaging lines;
• In Bodegraven, you will complete and commission the study for a new multifunctional treatment line;
• In Wolvega, you will provide support for various ongoing projects;
• Identify business risks and opportunities during orientation, align baseline measurement, prepare scenario’s and engineer the preferred fit-for-purpose solution. Manage approval processes and execute the project risk based. Deliver the project OTIF, in line with project objectives, budget and planning;

• Projects involving multiple parties and reports to a plant manager or to a discipline within an BG. Manages managers of subprojects;

• Ensure periodical project management reporting, quantitative and qualitative, according to defined formats and project management guidelines;

• Keep up with relevant project management methods and techniques and optimize the implementation of and support; 

• Functionally lead, coach, develop members of the own project team, and give input for appraisal. Manage multidisciplinary team to achieve project deliverables.

Travelling is necessary: once a week, depending on the status of the project (can be 5 days), within these locations: Workum / Balkbrug / Wolvega / Bodegraven / Leerdam. We make a location selection based on workload & capabilities -on-site vacancy

Through our agency, you will receive a 9 month temporary contract.  There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 9 months for another 3 months, however, we are not able to guarantee this.

• The rate for this Vacancy is a maximum of 110 euros (all-inclusive)
