Your Profile:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured and organized manner.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and taking ownership of tasks.
• Capacity for independent work while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving results.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong communication skills, enabling clear articulation of financial information.
• A completed degree in Finance or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably within a small to medium-sized business.
• Experience with payroll administration and familiarity with software systems like Nmbrs.
• Competence in utilizing accounting software, including Exact Online, WeFact, Moss, and Xero.

Your Responsibilities:

As an integral member of our Finance Team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial teams, and engage with colleagues across our offices in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Singapore. This role offers a varied and engaging workload with opportunities to contribute across different aspects of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust financial procedures, budgets, and accounting processes.
• Co-managing the day-to-day financial administration, encompassing accounts receivable and payable, general ledger management, and payment processing.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial reports and managing the payroll process.
• Assisting in the preparation of comprehensive documentation for annual financial statements.
