Electrical Package Owner

PM Group are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Owner to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.

We are continually looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

• Lead and manage electrical package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facility
• Oversee electrical design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operations
• Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automation
• Coordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure electrical systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards
• Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systems
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E&I construction phases
• Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical-grade installations
• Facilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teams
• Oversee electrical commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation

• Experienced managing electrical construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems
• Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical systems
• Understanding of process control systems and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing
• Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Proficiency in English + Dutch
