Schedule: Monday -Sunday 08:00 00:00 (rotational shifts)

Salary: 1500 Euro gross per month

You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting users with booking-related inquiries and ensuring a smooth positive experience across all communication channels.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations changes cancellations and payments
Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures
High-Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards

Language Skills: C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English
Customer-First Mindset: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts
