The challenge

We’re looking for a C++ engineer who knows his way around complex multidisciplinary software application development for high tech products.

You will be a valuable member of an international software team, which is committed to specify and develop software in an Agile environment.

In through Agile fashion, they strive to give our software teams the authority to make local decisions. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives of the team, software, and processes.

This company is a high tech international building and delivering complex equipment. With over a thousand colleagues from all over the world. The most complex products are developed and produced on location.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Designing software with a very high degree of reliability in a production environment.
• In depth knowledge of C++, and proven experience in developing applications or machine control software.
• Experience in software development for high-tech systems
• Collaborating with diverse teams to identify and meet software requirements
• Crafting and implementing software modules to meet project specifications
• Conducting rigorous testing to ensure flawless performance
• Assisting with software-related inquiries and resolving technical

Your profile

• A MSc or BSc degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
• Extensive experience with C++ application development in a high tech setting (C++ including modern standards like C++17 or newer).
• Technologies like Python, QT, image processing, exposure with SW for embedded systems is always good to have.
• Both Linux and Windows experience is good to have
• Experience with Docker and DDS are a big plus.
• Experience with Scrum and ideally with SAFe
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement software solutions
• Proven track record in rigorous software testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work closely with diverse teams to identify software requirements
