Your Mission

As our Business Developer, you will be the engine behind our expansion in the Netherlands. You’ll:

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the region.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and other strategic partners.
• Use your network to source high-quality rental properties that fit our clients’ needs.
• Guide corporate clients through the entire journey — from first contact to signed contract.
• Monitor local market trends and provide insights that help us stay ahead of the game.

What You Bring

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management (real estate is a bonus, not a must).
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, results-oriented.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Belgium
