As an assistant foreman CNC bending, you work in a team on the bending department and are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly. You work full-time in a two-shift system with fixed hours: early shift from 06:00 to 14:45 and late shift from 14:15 to 23:00, with a 30-minute overlap. This role offers plenty of opportunities for personal growth and training. The position is direct employment, not through an agency, and offers long-term security.

You start your workday by reviewing the planning and deciding where your efforts make the biggest difference. About 80% of your time you are hands-on at the SafanDarley press brakes, where you set up, program, and change tools independently. You work with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, both single pieces and small series up to 5 mm thick and 4 meters long. You monitor quality, ensure correct handover to the next step, and respond immediately to any bottlenecks. In addition, you guide colleagues during the evening shift, are the point of contact, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
