For our Offshore location in Den Helder, we are looking for an enthusiastic Coating Work Planner for a permanent position!

What will you be doing?

As a Coating Work Planner, you are responsible for optimizing project outcomes through effective project coordination. In addition to your duties on the project site, you will also carry out preparatory and supporting tasks to facilitate operational execution.

Your role involves a variety of tasks to ensure projects run smoothly. Starting with critically reviewing client assignments, where accuracy is key. You will define the scope of work and pass it on to the work floor, while providing clear instructions and plans. A vital part of your role is conducting contract reviews. You not only focus on the current situation but are also alert to opportunities and threats, which you carefully document.

You will lead work meetings, providing direction and documenting to ensure clear communication.

Dynamic planning and monitoring progress are essential. You regularly update the schedule and closely track the progress of the project. During this process, you detect, process, and communicate any deviations in scope, such as additional or reduced work.

You ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available on time, allowing the project to proceed efficiently. In addition to these operational tasks, you will handle administrative responsibilities, including contributing to monthly financial closing periods.

As a connecting force between the various disciplines within BRAND, you help facilitate effective collaboration. You manage, monitor, and report on project progress throughout, contributing to the achievement of optimal project results.

What we are looking for;

• You have at least MBO level 4 / HBO level thinking and working ability;
• You have relevant work experience as a work planner;
• You have experience with industrial coating/conservation;
• You have good knowledge of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
