(Sr.) Marketing Specialist (F/T)

The Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for the execution of the worldwide marketing strategy of RiboPro. You will work closely with sales, scientists and production-team to increase the worldwide brand awareness of our company.

Core responsibilities

Branding, positioning and creation of materials

• Execute on integrated marketing tactics and omnichannel strategy to increase brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement
• Maintenance of our digital strategy, including LinkedIn, SEO, SEA in collaboration with our marketing agency
• Maintenance and development of the RIBOPRO website
• (Co-)Create creative content (presentations, brochures, visuals, social media posts) based on the marketing strategy ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sales strategies
• Analyse and report out of several marketing related KPIs to internal stakeholders
• Create, plan and lead marketing initiatives including events, conferences, webinars, marketing campaigns and new product launches.

Market analysis & Product Development

• Perform market research, Voice of Customer collection and identify gaps and define a value proposition for our products
• Suggest new product development opportunities to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in molecular biology (including RNA science) or similar education with at least 1-2 years of experience in marketing
• Or a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication and business with 2-3 years of experience working in a CRO / CDMO within a biotech, pharma or life science industry setting
• Fluency in English, Dutch is preferred
• Creative thinker, with excellent communicative skill to write compelling content
• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starting team player
• Excellent analytical skills
• Organized and able to prioritize between the different tasks at hand in a fast-paced environment.
• Assertive and willing to bring in new and innovative ideas.
• Able to transform technical information into understandable and compelling marketing materials
• Solid knowledge of CMS WordPress, Canva, Excel, Zoho CRM system, SEO best practices, or willingness to learn.
