As a Tool Grinder, you'll play an important role in the machining process by ensuring cutting tools are manufactured, maintained and optimised to the highest standards. If you currently work as a CNC Machinist and are looking to specialise further, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

Our client is a leading aerospace manufacturer producing complex aircraft components where precision is essential. Within the Toolshop, cutting tools are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house to support production. You'll work with advanced machinery, specialised software and experienced colleagues in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine.

Functie

• Develop and improve new and existing cutting tools, including milling cutters and drills
• Program grinding cycles using ANCA software
• Program measuring routines using Zoller Genius
• Inspect and measure cutting tools
• Perform CNC grinding on ANCA grinding machines
• Carry out conventional tool grinding when required
• Manage tooling and material inventory
• Work in accordance with the strict quality standards of the aerospace industry

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Experience in machining or tool grinding is an advantage
• CNC Machinists who want to develop into Tool Grinders are encouraged to apply
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Analytical, accurate and solution-oriented
• A proactive team player who can set priorities
• Available to work in a two-shift schedule

• A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,200, depending on your experience
