At Lely, we are a high-performing Talent Acquisition team committed to hiring top talent across hard-to-reach target groups. Each month, we successfully fill over 20 vacancies, and we do this together. Collaboration is at the core of how we work, supported by specialized roles in sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, campus recruitment, and more. Your focus will be on hiring for engineering, IT, and data positions.

We meet three times a week for team stand-ups, sharing where we need support and how we can help each other. True collaboration drives our results. In between, we invest in joint training sessions, learning events, and team outings – often ending with a relaxed drink to reflect and recharge.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our candidates, shaping their experience from the very beginning. The unique Lely feeling must be felt from that first interaction. Key responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Act as a strategic recruitment business partner to hiring managers.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage.
• Leverage internal expertise in sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Regularly evaluate and optimize the recruitment process.
• Support team collaboration through active participation in stand-ups and team development activities.

You are a passionate, skilled recruiter who understands what it takes to build strong candidate pipelines and successful matches. You thrive in a dynamic environment, and you're not afraid to take ownership of your work.

You bring:

• At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical domains such as engineering, IT, or data – both in-house and/or agency experience is welcome.
• A bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
• A strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• A valid work permit and current residence in the Netherlands.
• A collaborative, reliable, and positive attitude – you're someone people love to work with.
