Do you make sure that 40,000 packages are sent per hour? Do you want to know everything about the technology used at bol.? Do you want to be the driving force of the maintenance team?

In the E-commerce Fulfilment Center of bol., SSI SCHAEFER performs the maintenance for the entire logistics facility. We do this with a team of around 50 employees with Team Leaders Maintenance and Service (Maintenance), Mechanics and IT Support employees.

Will you be our new Team Leader? You will feel completely at home between the 30-meter-high racks, the 2,000 shuttles, lifts and over 30 kilometers of conveyor system. Whether it concerns electrical engineering, (precision) mechanical engineering or pneumatics, you can find all forms at bol. You will deal with sensors, scanners, weighing systems, roller conveyors, conveyors and shuttles for which you coordinate the daily maintenance activities, but also resolve malfunctions.

As Team Leader Maintenance you are the point of contact for the daily business of bol. and you ensure optimal cooperation both internally and with the other companies in the Fulfilment Center. You will coach and guide the employees (6 in total) in your team.

You have regular consultations to coordinate the various processes. You also think about new developments and possible improvements of the technical processes. In addition, you make reports regarding the technical condition of the installation, maintenance and maintenance plans. And if you see opportunities for improvement, you share this with your manager and colleagues.

Your working days will of course differ, every day is different and depending on the workload, one day there is more time for preventive maintenance than the other. But you will definitely be busy with these activities:

• You are the point of contact for the daily operations of our client Bol. and their suppliers so that there is optimal cooperation
• You regularly consult with the various parties working at the Fulfilment Center to coordinate the various processes.
• You ensure that the technical logistics process runs smoothly
• You contribute ideas about new developments and possible improvements to technical processes
• You prepare reports for your manager, which relate to the technical condition of the equipment, maintenance and maintenance plans.
• You follow all developments on location and share this with your team and colleagues.

Voor jou

• A permanent position at SSI SCHAEFER
• A salary of €4,200 - €4,700 per month, plus 30% shift allowance, depending on experience and education
• You will work in a 5-shift system according to the 2-2-1 system, which means you will regularly have weekends off
• A full-time position where you work an average of 34 hours per week due to the shift system, excluding a few return days
• Travel expenses €0.23 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way)
• Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal and Electrical Industry (27 vacation days, pension in the collective labor agreement and a training day)
• A thorough induction program with training for the various installations

Jouw kwaliteiten

• You have an MBO work and thinking level
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in a technical environment
• You can communicate well in Dutch and English
• You can coach and motivate employees
• You are easily approachable and can excellently coordinate the interests of employees, managers and other stakeholders.
• It is a plus if you have one or more of these certificates: VCA/RAMS/Low Voltage/NEN 3140
